Poster Format - Posters must be prepared as E-posters in PPT format
- Aspect ratio: 16:9 widescreen (landscape)
- To ensure unbiased evaluation, the E-poster should display only the title and the presenting author’s name. Names of co-authors and institutional affiliations should not appear on the poster itself.
- However, Full author details, including co-authors and affiliations, must be provided at the time of abstract submission.
Design Recommendations Keep content concise and focused
Use large, legible fonts readable from a distance (avoid using fonts smaller than 18 points for any body text)
Title font size should be larger than body text
Font: preferrably Times New Roman
Use high-resolution images (recommended: 300 dpi)
Maintain high contrast between text and background (e.g., dark text on light background)
Preferrable file size: less than 10 MB
